Std.11: Online Admissions 2026-27, Maharashtra State Board

Online admissions for Std. 11 (FYJC) for the 2026-27 academic year in Maharashtra are expected to begin in May 2026. The process is centralised and conducted through the official School Education and Sports Department portal. 

Key Admission Schedule (Expected)

The exact dates will be announced by the department following the declaration of SSC results. Based on typical cycles, the timeline is as follows: 

• Student Registration & Part-1 Form: May to June 2026.
• Part-2 (College Preferences): June 2026.
• Provisional Merit List Release: June 2026.
• CAP Round 1 Allotment: June 2026.
• Admission Confirmation: June to July 2026. 

Online Application Steps

The process is split into two primary parts, both of which must be completed to be eligible for allotment. 

1. Part-1 (Registration):
   1. Visit the official admission portal and select your region (e.g., Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, or Amravati).
   2. Click “New Registration” to enter your SSC seat number and personal details.
   3. Upload required documents (caste certificate, disability certificate, etc.) and pay the application fee (approx. ₹150–₹250).
   4. Lock your formand get it verified by your school or a guidance centre.
2. Part-2 (Option Form):
   1. Log in after the SSC results are declared to enter your actual marks.
   2. Select your preferred stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts).
   3. Choose up to 10 junior colleges in order of preference. 

Required Documents

Ensure you have digital copies (under 1MB each) of the following for the online portal: 

• SSC (Class 10) Marksheet.
• School Leaving Certificate (LC/TC).
• Caste Certificate (if applying under a reserved category).
• Non-Creamy-layer Certificate (VJ-NT, OBC, SBC & SEBC) 
• Special Reservation Certificates (e.g., EWS, Sports, Orphan, or Disability certificates).
• Aadhaar Card.

The online centralised process (CAP) specifically covers these five major regions: 

• Mumbai (MMR area)
• Pune (including Pimpri-Chinchwad)
• Nagpur
• Nashik
• Amravati

• अधिकृत पोर्टलवर जाऊन आपला विभाग निवडा (उदा. मुंबई, पुणे, नागपूर, नाशिक किंवा अमरावती).
• ‘New Registration’ वर क्लिक करून आपला एसएससी सीट नंबर आणि वैयक्तिक माहिती भरा.
• आवश्यक कागदपत्रे अपलोड करा आणि अर्ज शुल्क (अंदाजे ₹१५०-२५०) भरा.
• फॉर्म लॉक करा आणि आपल्या शाळेकडून किंवा मार्गदर्शन केंद्राकडून तो ऑनलाइन पडताळून (Verify) घ्या.

• दहावीचा निकाल लागल्यानंतर लॉगिन करून तुमचे गुण तपासा.
• तुमची शाखा निवडा (विज्ञान, वाणिज्य किंवा कला).
• तुमच्या पसंतीनुसार किमान १ आणि कमाल १० कनिष्ठ महाविद्यालयांची (Junior Colleges) निवड करा.

• दहावीची गुणपत्रिका
• शाळा सोडल्याचा दाखला
• जातीचे प्रमाणपत्र (जर आरक्षणाचा लाभ घ्यायचा असेल तर)
• नॉन क्रीमिलेयर प्रमाणपत्र (VJ-NT, OBC, SBC व SEBC साठी)
